Richard Dour

Commercially responsible for complex B2B transactions including international launches, sales, acquisitions, due diligences, and establishment of partnerships. Richard has an international business network of reputable partners and agents in many countries.

Result driven with an adaptive nature and high energy with international management skills, establishing common processes and tools for effective and energized sales management and follow-up. Has built and launched several sales driven organisations, expanding sales internationally and establishing a foundation for growth including all needed functions with offices in many countries. Richard is a person who provides the vital spark. He is independent, unorthodox, imaginative, and forthright. Richard can see and understand what needs to be done within a marketing & sales organization and can plan and execute any program.

Richard has a background from working with Gist-brocades in the Netherlands (pharmaceuticals) and NASDAQ OMX (exchange technology) among other companies.

Lena Dour Andersson

Lena brings extensive experience from leading positions in well-known international companies in various industries such as fintech, software, SaaS and data & analytics. Core competencies in strategic marketing planning, building and leading high performing marketing teams, brand strategy, positioning, and activation along with operational execution capability. Lena has high and state-of-the-art knowledge in branding, data driven, and digital marketing with clear KPI’s, covering the whole marketing funnel.

Lena can work as consultant in specific projects, as mentor or management coach or as interim manager in the role of Marketing Director or equivalent whichever is the better solution for our customer.

Lena has a background from working with NASDAQ OMX, Hyperion (Oracle), Sandvik Coromant, Bisnode, Dun & Bradstreet among other companies.
